ChatPion was first launched on 28th august of 2019, since then they have added a lot of new features and created various add-ons to make ChatPion a much powerful chatbot. Now, they are getting ready to make this chatbot much more powerful than ever.
We have come to know that; they are going to make a very big update in early 2021. We think that, with the upcoming big update, ChatPion will be the leader in the chatbot market. With this upcoming update, ChatPion will be the richest chatbot in terms of features. They are going to add many more new features, as well, make changes to the existing features, to make them more user-friendly.
As always, the new big update will be available for their existing customers with no extra cost or anything. They can just hit the update button to get the latest updates from the ChatPion. The next big updated version of ChatPion will be 5.3. Let’s find out what new we can get with the next update of ChatPion.
Sms Broadcasting delay option: Some SMS gateway has a very low limit on SMS sending per minute, this update will solve the problem. Now there will be time delay options with Sms broadcasting.
User input flow export-import: In the upcoming version of ChatPion there will be an option to export or import a User Input Flow, (a ChatPion add-on) inside the BOT Export-import feature.
Easy Messenger Bot setup for E-commerce product: For specific E-commerce product, ChatPion will have an option to just select product from drop-down to create the carousel or generic template which will make your Messenger BOT builder for E-commerce store very easy.
There is a minor issue with linked in posting, that will be solved with the upcoming update.
Also, there is going to be some significant improvement in the E-commerce store and Restaurant food ordering system.
Independent E-commerce store: Facebook Page selection won’t be mandatory while creating an eCommerce store, Restaurant, or E-commerce store can now operate independently without the need for a Facebook page.
Table Wise QR code for Restaurant: This is going to be another great feature for Restaurant Food ordering system. In the next updated version, vendors will be able to create different QR code menu for different tables and pickup points. So, the customer doesn’t need to select the delivery/pickup points.
E-commerce Store theme color and font selection: In the current version, by default theme color is blue. In the updated version vendor will have the option to choose a color for their E-commerce store. Also, vendors will have the option to select a font from a list of different fonts.
New design for product single page: In the newly designed product single page, the product image will be at the top of the page. This is going to be more attractive than the previous one.
Guest purchase and Signed-up customers list: E-commerce store/ Restaurant created with ChatPion can be used inside and outside of Facebook Messenger. Customers, who are accessing the E-commerce store from outside of Messenger were bound to signup to make a purchase. In the upcoming version, Customers will be able to purchase without signup or login on the outside of the Messenger. Also, vendors can have a list of signed up users, who signed up on the outside of the Messenger to use the E-commerce store. That is not possible in the current version of ChatPion.
Add to cart and Buy now button Modification: Vendors will be able to enable or disable the ‘Add to cart’ button for each store. Also, the “Buy Now” Button could be enabled and disabled for each store. Vendors will have the freedom to change the “Buy Now” button to something of their choice, like: “Order Now”, “Get Now” etc.
Product Grouping and Viewing: List view and Grid view for products will be available in the next version of ChatPion. For product display, category wise and product wise views will be possible. Also reordering the category will be just dragged and drop. Modifying the product group and category will be easier with the new version of ChatPion.
Order Schedule and prepare time: Vendors will be able to enable future order time limit. As an example, for a restaurant, the vendor can enable tomorrow’s order. So, customers can order and select the date for tomorrow’s delivery. The vendor can also enable and disable the scheduled delivery options and set up the desired time limit. Vendors will also have the option to enable or disable the preparation time for products. This is going to be very helpful for restaurants.
Business Hour settings: The vendor would have the option to set up business hours for each store & also would have an option to set always open. Customers will have the option to order only during working hours. This is very much useful for Restaurant food ordering.
Product import from CSV and E-Commerce Widget: Updated ChatPion will have the option to import E-commerce store products from a CSV file, also E-commerce widget will give you an option to Export your E-commerce to store to any website by using an iframe.
More Payment options: It would have more payment gateways both for ChatPion Service selling [ Extended License] and E-commerce store. This would help you to grow your business in the year 2021.
They are also going to make some significant changes to some of their Add-ons. E-commerce Product Price Variation (A ChatPion add-on) will have much more options to Exclude any attribute value in product settings, this update will make the add-on more user friendly and much stronger than ever.
