This add-on works with the Messenger Bot of ChatPion. ChatPion is the best among other chatbots available in the market, that can interact with customers in Facebook Messenger. When the \u201cUser Input Flow &amp; Custom field\u201d is integrated with ChatPion, it can collect user\u2019s information like email, phone number, date of birth, and many more. ChatPion itself (without this add-on) can collect user\u2019s email and phone number; then why should we use this add-on?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I will try to explain why you should use this add-on to collect user\u2019s data when ChatPion\u2019s Quick Reply and Web View can do the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First of all, Quick Reply and Web View can only collect user&#8217;s email and phone numbers, but \u201cUser Input Flow and Custom Field\u201d can collect various kinds of information from the user. You can collect any kind of information like email, phone, age, date-time, image, audio, video. It gathers information like a human being while chatting with users without telling them to click on a quick button or taking them, to web-view, away from the messenger and force them to fill out a form. In one word, the \u201cUser Input flow and Custom Field\u201d can conversationally collect information.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"358\" height=\"338\" src=\"http:\/\/boostuptechs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/user-input-flow.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2527\" srcset=\"https:\/\/boostuptechs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/user-input-flow.png 358w, https:\/\/boostuptechs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/user-input-flow-300x283.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 358px) 100vw, 358px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Generally, the Quick reply button collects email addresses and phone numbers from the users\u2019 Facebook accounts. Consequently, in most cases, the email address is not the best email address and the phone number is not the current phone number.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Opposite to Quick Reply and web view, in the User Input Flow, users write down the information including email address and phone numbers by themself. So, the email address they provide is the best. Likewise, the phone number they provide is the current phone number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, if a user answers a question in the wrong format, the User Input Flow tells users about the wrong format and asks for the correct answer again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"358\" height=\"487\" src=\"http:\/\/boostuptechs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/wrong-format.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2528\" srcset=\"https:\/\/boostuptechs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/wrong-format.png 358w, https:\/\/boostuptechs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/wrong-format-221x300.png 221w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 358px) 100vw, 358px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, the User Input Flow can use the information in real-time conversation. The User Input Flow can take the answer to a question as to the value of a particular variable and then render the value in the conversation. Likewise, the add-on can automatically collect the first name and the last name of a user and take the name as the value of variables and render the value in the conversation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"358\" height=\"487\" src=\"http:\/\/boostuptechs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/variable.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2529\" srcset=\"https:\/\/boostuptechs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/variable.png 358w, https:\/\/boostuptechs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/variable-221x300.png 221w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 358px) 100vw, 358px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Now and then multiple-choice questions could be the better option to ask for an opinion or whatever. Also, the information could be saved in different groups or labels.
